VINYASA FLOW YOGA
VINYASA YOGA is a type of Flow Yoga that moves from one pose directly into the next and linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. It is a great workout for your body. The continual movements create your internal heat. It gives you a stronger mind-body connection, and helps you to grow in strength and flexibility.
